Available shipping methods, charges, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment. Only the methods offered for the entered delivery address are available for that order.

Order processing

Orders are reviewed after payment authorization. A shipping confirmation with tracking information is sent when the carrier accepts the shipment or a label becomes active.

Delivery estimates

Checkout and carrier estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier capacity, address issues, customs, and peak periods can cause delays.

Address changes

Contact support as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Tracking and delivery issues

If a package is delayed, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact smartklikservice@outlook.com with the order number and relevant photos so the order can be reviewed.
